For blueprint, runtime, purchase, or legacy report problems, email graphverdict@gmail.com. Include the product, operating system, exact error, and the step that failed. Do not email credentials, API keys, or private business files.
What we support
- GraphVerdict: team-builder requests, downloaded blueprint JSON, and Team Runtime setup.
- GraphReplay: supported execution records and report unlocks.
- GraphWatch: claim-graph creation and existing Operator Kit problems. Hosted staff monitoring is not yet for sale.
Refund review
If a paid artifact does not unlock after a completed payment or cannot read a format the product explicitly lists as supported, contact us with the receipt information and failure details. We will verify the checkout and product behavior and issue an appropriate Stripe refund when the product did not deliver the stated artifact.
Protect your business
Support should not require your API key or full private source material. Start with the blueprint schema version, role name, runtime version, browser or Python version, and exact error. Redact secrets from every screenshot.
